Success is a journey, not a destination. Doing is often more important than the outcome. It's my believe and this thought stay me motivated- Dr. Geetanjli Dua (PT, School Counsellor, Family Coach)
I firmly believe that "Success is a journey, not a destination. Doing is often more important than the outcome."
After served hundred' of people as Physiotherapist for more than a Decade I, turned Family Coach and School Counsellor. My life journey took turn in last 5 years. I used to meet several people during my professional, events, social gatherings and functions who had a common concern. All of them used to complain that stress is killing their mental peace and even more disturbing was their helplessness in containing it. This ultimately aroused a stern 'why' in my mind
Thus, I decided to take a firm step and that's how it became a mission of my life. Currently, I am working to achieve the target of 100 workshops and covering 1000+ Families (Kids and Parents).
Most Important Question is: How should support them planning their physical and mental well-being?
Being into the profession of Physiotherapist for more than a Decade I experienced "Stress" as critical reason for delay in recovery. I started applied various "Anti Stress" techniques and saw magical changes in patients. Slowly and gradually It became my Mission to "Improve Human Life"
My goal is to enhance their mental health so that they don't need to look for coaching or counselling at the age of 30. I am on a mission to train the young minds where they can adopt a lifestyle that can pave their way to success.
Fit generation will be a leading generation. My sessions get them involved in physical and motor activities as fun for "Stress Free and Healthy" future.
Take Away from Life
If you wish to be a successful person in your life then you must know the art of identifying opportunities and skills within you as opportunities may not come into your way time and again. People who believe in themselves are bound to become leaders one day.
Though learning has no bar but from a human being's perspective the best learning age is from 3 to 18. We must make sure that we teach our upcoming generations as to how they should deal with these circumstances in their day to day life?
Never consider yourself inferior to any person and be the best version of yourself. Be willing to walk alone as life is full of uncertainties and you never know what is waiting for you at the next moment. It is necessary that your Profession may always be your destiny.
My dear friends, try to indulge yourself in some or the other hobbies. Hobbies gradually becomes Passion. You never know it may take you to a new pinnacle. Always remember "Bygones are bygones, what's important is only what is left."
